Shipping & DOA Policy
SHIPPING: Shipping available only to 48 lower states. All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® in insulated boxes with heat or ice packs when needed, at a flat rate of $29.99 per order. Combined shipping is available on orders placed within the same week. Shipping days are Monday - Wednesday. WYSIWYG orders will ship the next available business day from the purchase date unless specified otherwise by customer.
Local Pick up is available from both Whittier & Concord locations. Appointment needed for pick ups. Orders must be shipped or locally picked up within 48 hours. We will no longer be holding coral.
You will receive an email with tracking information prior to your order shipping so you can make arrangements for your order. If you are unable to receive your order on the date specified, please contact us so we can make other arrangements.
DOA POLICY: If for any reason your coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you will need to send us a clear digital picture of your coral within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will review and at our discretion replace items or issue store credit. Customer would be responsible for shipping cost if a replacement is issued. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by Fedex, this includes mechanical and weather related, will NOT be covered under our DOA policy.
There are no refunds or returns, but we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
